We fell in love. Built a life. Had a son. We loved each other deeply, but emotional wounds we both carried from our past started showing up in our relationship.

We are Bryan and Christin and this is our story…

Our communication broke down, trust wavered, and safety began to slip away. Despite our love for each other, our relationship was causing us pain.

It was overwhelming, confusing, and painful, reaching a point where something had to change.

Instead of giving up, we saw it as a wake-up call. We took a step back and focused on our own healing.

We learned to express emotions safely, set boundaries that protect connection, understand our needs, and truly communicate with each other.

Gradually, with time and new tools, we rebuilt trust, safety, and love.

Now, our relationship is stronger, softer, and more connected than ever.

Today, we help other couples do the same.

Unfortunately, love alone isn't enough.

Relationship skills are essential.

We Failed to Learn…and So Can You

From Restraining Order to Just Plain Order

What happened to us in 2024 is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

My hope is to help you heal before relationships you cherish are destroyed. As a Certified Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) Coach, I use my knowledge and experience to help you overcome the subconscious patterns harming your relationships.

No matter how many times you've failed or how big the failure seems now, there is hope. Taking action can change any situation.

The picture you see is us leaving the courthouse on October 16th, 2024, the day the restraining order was lifted. It's also the day we began a new relationship, one that's a thousand times better than before.

Our story proves it's okay to fail, as long as you fail to learn.
